Boatable Does Not Sell Your Data
Boatable, Inc. does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use your data solely to provide and improve our platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use first-party analytics only. We do not employ third-party tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or data brokers.
Your Rights Under California Law
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold.
- Delete personal information held by businesses and their service providers.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
Submit a Request
Although Boatable does not sell personal information, you may submit a formal opt-out request or any other privacy rights request. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

Account Deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion directly from their account settings. Financial records required by law are retained per our Terms of Service.
